PRIORITY CLUB REWARDS PROGRAMME

Priority Club Rewards Programme covers the guests whom have preferred to accommodate in the chains of InterContinental Hotels Group, frequent business travelers or potential guests that have not stayed at the any of the chain hotels. The membership system enables the hotel efficiently presenting its promotions with the Priority Club Rewards Programme which is cost effective and it contributes to maintain guests’ loyalty to IHG.

The Priority Club Card is valid throughout the chain of InterContinental Hotels Group including Intercontinental Hotels and Resorts, Crowne Plaza Hotels and Resorts, Holiday Inn Hotels and Resorts, Express by Holiday Inn Hotels and Resorts, Staybridge Suites, Candlewood Suites. Priority Club Rewards Programme is operated by Six Continents Hotels, Inc.

Guests with the membership can get an advantage of their accommodation at any of the hotels above mentioned in terms of special benefits and based on their preference they can either obtain Priority Club Reward Point or airline miles.

The members of Priority Club can earn 10 Priority Club points per US Dollar (or equivalent currency) spent on their accommodation excluding VAT. Points can be earned only on accommodation not including extra charges. Priority Club Points are processed trough the Holidex reservation system; therefore, it is essential to enter accurate reservation details along with the membership card number. The reservations can be made by calling The Amsterdam Reservation Centre. Priority Club Points of members will be automatically updated by the Frequency Marketing Delivery System with the Priority Club number.

PRIORTY CLUB LEVEL MEMBERSHIP

Priority Club Members who have stayed 14 qualified nights at any of the hotels which are under the brands of IHG, they can attain Priorty Club Level with variety of opportunities. Therefore, Priority Club Membership will be upgraded to a higher level in one of these categories.

ADVANTAGES OF CLUB LEVEL MEMBERSHIP

Advantages which are offered to Priority Club Level Members, it also consists of all Priority Members’ rights, they have further advantages which are mentioned below:

Club Level members have a chance to extend their check out time without any additional charges. If the guest wants to make a late check out, it should be until 14:00 pm. There is one important thing not to forget that is Hotels’ availabilities can be effective when offering late check out services. Despite of these reasons, that advantages may not be available in all regions.
Guests with the Club Level Membership will receive complimentary weekday newspapers. It is essential not to forget, it can be offered only weekdays except Saturday and Sunday. According to guests preferences or requests there are some options that local or international newspapers are available and it can be easily obtained. It should be taken in consideration that this advantage may not be available in all regions.
Member’s points can be transferred between member accounts.

GOLD ELITE MEMBERSHIP

Gold Elite is an awarding membership offered to privileged guests who have always preferred to stay in IHG’s Hotels. This membership, in the categories that offer special advantages to members, is aimed to maintain and strengthen the guests’ loyalties to our all hotel brands. Accessing the Gold Elite Membership status, guests should have stayed 15 - 49 qualified nights at any of hotels which are under the brands of IHG or their total points should reach 20,000 points.

ADVANTAGES OF GOLD ELITE MEMBERSHIP

Advantages which are offered to Priority Gold Elite Members, it consists of all Priority Club Level Members’ rights that these members can use it.
When Gold Elite Guests make a reservation to any hotels of IHG prior to arrival, they can be ensured that their room and key are ready upon their check in time. Priority Check- in process is aimed to minimize their waiting time during check in time. Due to their all individual required information are kept in Holidex System, their signature and reconfirmation of the method of payment are enough to make Priority Check-in. If there is any missing part of guests’ information, the members should be asked to provide that missing information during check-in time.
Members can earn additional %10 bonus points on base points. It is credited to only guests who choose to collect Priority Club Points. Points that earned from a special offer or promotion will not be added like base point.
Another advantage is that Gold Elite guests will access to exclusive toll free Gold Elite customer service number.

PLATINUM ELITE MEMBERSHIP

Among all categories, Priority Club Rewards Platinum membership is the top outstanding level. If the members have stayed 50 qualified nights at any of hotels which are under the brands of IHG or have reached total 60,000 points, they will receive Priority Elite Club membership.

ADVANTAGES OF PLATINUM ELITE MEMBERSHIP

Advantages which are offered to Priority Platinum Elite Members, it consists of all Priority Gold Elite Members’ rights that these members can use it.
When Platinum Elite guests make a reservation to any hotels of IHG prior to arrival, they will receive an upgrade based on personal reservation to best available rooms that include on the hotels’ concierge levels, higher floors, corner rooms, newly renovated rooms or rooms with preferred views. It should be taken in consideration that hotel’s availability is very important to make an upgrade.
Platinum Elite members can make a reservation for personal usage at least 72 hours prior to the date of arrival to guarantee the reservation. If the members want to take guaranteed reservations, they must make it trough Priority Club Service Centre. However, during the high seasons or special events, these guarantees are determined solely by hotels.
If Platinum Elite Members do not check in at the hotel on arrival date and there is not any cancellation number for their guaranteed reservations, Platinum Elite Members will be charged one night no-show including VAT to their accounts as well as to their credit cards.
If provided a guaranteed reservation upon request from a guest when the accommodation occupancy is high, it is hotel’s responsibility to solve accommodation problem with another guest. Therefore, this put Platinum Elite Members in an advantageous position regarding reservation.
Another advantage is that Gold Elite guests will access to exclusive toll free Platinum Elite customer service number.

MEMBERSHIP BENEFITS

All Priority Club Members have %20 discount on Business Centre services such as fax, photocopy, print and etc..... at a hotel in EMEA (Europe, Middle East, and Africa) regions.

Members of Crowne Plaza Hotels can check in earliest 08:00 am in the morning, reservations are being made in advance. This service is valid on weekends (Saturday and Sunday) at same locations; however, it does not apply to group arrivals in Crowne Plaza Resort Hotels.

Holidex Reservation System has all Priority Club Members’ information; thus, enables express check in for members.

Priority Club Members, regardless of the number of family members staying in the same room, can stay at a special single rate.

Hotels are obligated to provide members’ balanced point information in case of a request from a member.

AWARDING PRIZES

Hotels are obligated to accept Destination Points Hotel Awards certificates and related reservations should been made with the Special Promotion Code “QZ”. Hotels should provide %3 of their occupancy each day of a week for discounted certificate rooms. If the occupancy rate is below %95, the price should be fixed rate of a requested room. However, if the occupancy rate is %95 or above, the price should be %85 of the rack rate. Further pricing policy is listed on Holidex System.

Destination Points only apply to one night accommodation at double or king rooms including VAT and exclude guests’ any extra charges.

Guests are responsible to provide their Destination Certificates during check in and these certificates must accepted at all hotels worldwide.

IN HOTEL AWARDS

All Crowne Plaza hotels in the EMAE (European, Middle East, and Africa) region are obligated to accept following awards certifications.
