The chain that began operating in 1952 when an American businessman Kemmons WILSON established Holiday Inn Hotel in Memphis, has become a group addressing different target groups as Crowne Plaza, Holiday Inn, Express by Holiday Inn, Inter Continental and Staybridge Suitees by Holiday Inn.

The hotel started welcoming its guests on June 16th 2008 with the franchise contract signed by LALEDAN Turizm Tic. A.Ş with CROWNE PLAZA, which belongs to INTERCONTINENTAL HOTELS GROUP.
